OUR PURPOSE
The
LSE Global Real Estate Group (LSE GREG) is an international special
interest alumni group which fosters business relationships among LSE
alumni practicing real estate whilst bettering real estate as an asset
class. The group has regional contacts in every continent and is
growing its country networks. The group aims to analyse new
practices, tease out arbitrage opportunities, discuss topical events and
most importantly facilititate business with other members of the LSE
GREG community.
LSE GREG was founded in August 2005 by Mr. Christopher Parry, Mr.James
Walton, Mr. Christian Feghali, and Mr. Francesc Fages. Since March
2006 LSE GREG has been lead by Mr. James Walton.

LSE
GREG aims to include practitioners from all aspects of property. In
London regular quarterlies are held to debate shifts in market practice
and perception with the goal of creating an environment to explore
arbitrage opportunities.
Over
the past year, LSE GREG held its first events in China and in Sri
Lanka. LSE GREG has held regular events in the UK, France, USA, Germany
and Russia.
